n my opinion the book is called like that because in the story befire being nikki emm says that she is an airhead. To be an airhead means that you dont really think about anything else than your appereance. Emm watts is theopposite of her.
Emm watts is an ordinary girl who has an accident at the same time as a model. Her body dies but her brain keeps on workinde opposite as nikki howard the famous model. Since theydont want to loose the model she changes of body and now she has to live a life thatw asnt hers and tried regain his best friends trust.
The narrator is emmerson watts in nikki howards body. She is always talking in first person about what she feel and does. Is like an autobiography because everything she thinks and does is in there.
